These Billing Terms and Conditions cover payments, invoices, and other money matters for things bought with Urbaniique. You agree to these terms when you place an order or open a wholesale account.
1. Ways to Pay
For retail customers, we accept PayPal and credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others.
If you are a wholesale customer, you can pay with PayPal, a credit card, or a bank transfer (if you get permission first).
Before processing and shipping, all payments must be made.
2. Billing
After each purchase, a digital receipt is sent to your email automatically.
If you are a wholesale customer, you can ask for a formal invoice by emailing contact@urbaniique.shop.
Invoices will have the order details, the billing address, the total amount, and proof of payment.
3. Terms of Payment
You have to pay for your retail order in full at checkout.
When you place a wholesale order, you may have already agreed on how long you have to pay, like net 14 or net 30 days.
Urbaniique has the right to hold off on shipping until invoices are paid.
4. Money
Unless you agree to something different at checkout or for wholesale accounts, all transactions are in GBP (£).
5. Payments that are late or don't go through
Payments must be made on time; if they are late, you may have to pay interest or service fees.
If a payment is declined, unauthorized, or fails, the order may be canceled without notice.
If you keep missing or being late on payments, your wholesale account may be frozen.
6. Refunds and Credits
Our [Return and Refund Policy] tells you how to get your money back for retail orders.
You can only get wholesale refunds or credits for items that are broken or damaged, and you need to get permission first.
Refunds that have been approved will be sent back to the original payment method within seven business days.
7. Arguments
You must let us know about any billing problems within seven days of getting the invoice or payment confirmation.
Urbaniique will look into disagreements and get back to you within five business days.
